The aim of this project was to create a calming space for the clients where they can relax and stimulate senses by touching different textures. A textile tent that gives an “underwater- world” feeling was made. The tent and the whole ceiling of the room is covered by waves creating a calming ocean feel. The effect is made using a projector led night lamp, what also plays music through connected mp3 player. The tent which is hanging from the wall, has 11 jellyfishes. 5 of them would be attached on the fabric next to the wall and 6 of them on the front one. While being inside the tent you can hear the sound of the waves and touch light sensitive and vibrating buttons on the textile.
